Welcome to this special edition of The Wire

ITIC has been providing Professional Indemnity insurance to companies in the Middle Eastern region for over 30 years. There are more than 60 members based in the region, some of whom have been insured by ITIC since 1985.

This edition of The Wire follows up on the topics covered during the recent presentations held in Dubai, including a very well attended Nautical Institute event at the Dubai International Seafarers’ Center, which attracted a record number of people! We found that many attendees wanted to know more about Chapter 11 Reorganisation, and we have therefore included a short article from a US based lawyer on this subject which can be found below.
