ITIC circular: Change of bank payee details for all payments to ITIC Europe originally underwritten by UK P&I Club N.V.

IMPORTANT NOTICE to note the change of bank payee details for all payments to International Transport Intermediaries Insurance Company (Europe) Ltd (“ITIC Europe”) for European business originally underwritten by UK P&I Club N.V. (“UKNV”)

We are writing to remind you that ITIC Europe has assumed, through a portfolio transfer, all insurance obligations and unexpired policies from UKNV for which UKNV acted as fronting insurer for ITIC. Future renewals will also be underwritten by ITIC Europe.

As a result, you have become a direct policyholder of ITIC Europe and any further instalments payable in respect of policy premium now need to be paid into ITIC Europe bank accounts. The old UKNV bank accounts will be closed forthwith, so it is very important to inform your finance teams or any departments dealing with payee bank details to have these changed.
