Change to ITIC's auditors

Moore Stephens LLP London, ITIC’s current auditor, is one of five Moore Stephens offices that are leaving the Moore Stephens UK and international network to join BDO.  

Following this departure, ITIC’s next audit will be undertaken by BDO.  In order to accomplish this change, Moore Stephens have resigned as the auditors of ITIC made a statement under section 519 of the companies Act 2006 that the reason for resigning is that “Moore Stephens LLP has transferred its business to BDO."
